Eco Block are currently working on a basement for a brand-new home at Moonee Ponds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The basement at the base of the house has been constructed with Eco Block ICF and reaches a massive 3.2m high at the sides of the basement and 2.8m walls at back and front.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 50 cubic metres of concrete in the walls means this basement will be able to withstand almost anything mother nature throws at it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have used the 330 wall system so the concrete walls are 202mm thick. We have also just finished the ramp retaining walls<\/a> with eco-block ICF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re thrilled at the progression of this job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the builders are happy and impressed at how easy it is to use the ICF Blocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
